Visual Merchandising

As a Senior Visual Merchandising Professional, I've developed and executed creative strategies for in-store displays, window layouts, and product presentations to enhance the brand image, drive sales, and improve the customer experience, overseeing both international and local teams and collaborating with merchandising, marketing, and sales teams.  Analyzing data and ensuring consistency across all retail locations while staying on top of market trends and managing budgets. 

Retail Development

As an Advanced Retail Developer, I  lead the concept, development, and execution of store layouts, fixtures, and finishes to align with brand identity. Enhancing customer experience and meeting business goals, involving cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations, and construction. Managing budgets/timelines and overseeing external architects/vendors from initial sketches to project completion. Key responsibilities include creating floor plans, elevations, and renderings, managing construction documents, ensuring brand standards, market specific customazation and analyzing project performance. 

Creative Director

As a Creative Director, I've set the visual strategy for physical retail spaces, leading teams to develop compelling in-store campaigns, displays, and branding that align with business goals, meet budgets, and ensure brand consistency from concept to execution across all touchpoints. I've overseen designers, managed external vendors, stayed current on retail trends, and presented creative solutions to "C" level leadership, focusing on driving sales and enhancing customer experience within stores.
